By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any eSIM product.


1. Overview

esimcardvietnam provides digital eSIM products and related telecommunications services for travelers visiting Vietnam.

All products are delivered electronically via email and require compatible eSIM-supported devices.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

  • you understand how eSIM technology works

  • your device supports eSIM functionality

  • your device is carrier unlocked


2. eSIM Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.

Not all phones support eSIM technology.

Some carrier-locked devices may prevent eSIM installation even if the phone technically supports eSIM.

We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by:

  • unsupported devices

  • carrier restrictions

  • software limitations

  • regional manufacturer differences


3. Activation Policy

Customers must activate their eSIM only after arriving in Vietnam unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Activating the eSIM outside Vietnam may cause:

  • early activation of the validity period

  • reduced usable service duration

  • roaming-related issues

If the customer activates the eSIM outside Vietnam:

  • the order becomes non-refundable

  • compensation will not be provided

  • unused remaining days are not eligible for reimbursement


4. Service Availability

Coverage and connection quality depend on local carrier infrastructure and environmental conditions.

Service quality may vary based on:

  • geographic location

  • network congestion

  • weather conditions

  • building structures

  • device model

  • local carrier maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times or in all regions.


5. Data Usage Policy

All plans are intended for personal travel use.

Customers agree not to misuse the service for:

  • illegal activities

  • network abuse

  • unauthorized commercial redistribution

  • excessive automated traffic

  • fraudulent behavior

We reserve the right to suspend service if abnormal or abusive usage is detected.


6. Delivery Policy

After successful payment, customers usually receive their eSIM QR code by email within a short period of time.

Delivery timing may vary depending on:

  • payment verification

  • email provider delays

  • system maintenance

  • fraud prevention checks

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address during checkout.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Because eSIM products are digital goods:

  • activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable

  • scanned or installed profiles may not qualify for refunds

  • cancellations are only possible before QR code issuance

Please review the Refund Policy carefully before purchase.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • checking device compatibility

  • ensuring the device is carrier unlocked

  • following installation instructions correctly

  • activating the eSIM in the supported region

  • maintaining internet access during installation

Improper installation or user error may affect service usability.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, esimcardvietnam shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • business interruption

  • lost profits

  • missed bookings

  • roaming charges from third-party carriers

  • device incompatibility

  • temporary network outages

Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase amount paid by the customer.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and digital materials belong to esimcardvietnam unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.


11. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal customer data to third parties.

Certain information may be shared with telecommunications partners only when necessary to provide network services.


12. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • modify pricing

  • update product specifications

  • change carrier partners

  • discontinue plans

  • update these Terms of Service

without prior notice.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal procedures within the applicable jurisdiction.

15. Quyền người tiêu dùng EU/EEA (English)

Applicable to customers residing in the European Union or European Economic Area.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the eSIM QR code, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered and the download or use has begun.

If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, please do not activate or scan your eSIM QR code within the 14-day period.

Governing Law for EU Customers

Regardless of the governing law stated elsewhere in these Terms, EU/EEA customers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights granted under the laws of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives those rights.
