Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing esimcardvietnam.

Because eSIM products are fully digital services, all orders are delivered electronically via email. Please read the following Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Digital Delivery Only

All esimcardvietnam products are delivered digitally.

No physical SIM card, printed voucher, or package will be shipped to your address.

After successful payment, customers will receive:

  • eSIM QR code

  • installation instructions

  • activation guidance

  • support information

through the email address provided during checkout.


2. Scheduled QR Code Delivery

For customers placing orders in advance:

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (Vietnam time) will usually receive the eSIM QR code on the following day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 may be processed on the next available business day depending on operational schedules.

In some situations, we may also deliver your QR code earlier than expected if processing is completed sooner.

If you have not received your QR code after more than 2 days, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Delivery timing may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.


3. Customer Email Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

esimcardvietnam is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect email addresses

  • spam filtering

  • blocked inboxes

  • full mailbox storage

  • customer-side email restrictions

Please check:

  • Inbox

  • Spam folder

  • Promotions folder

before contacting support.


4. QR Code Storage Recommendation

Customers should save a backup copy of their QR code immediately after delivery.

Recommended backup methods include:

  • screenshot

  • cloud storage

  • printed copy

  • saved email/PDF

This helps prevent installation issues during travel.


5. Important Activation Policy

Customers should activate their eSIM only after arriving in Vietnam unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Activating the eSIM outside Vietnam may:

  • start the validity period early

  • reduce usable service duration

  • create unsupported roaming situations

If the customer scans, installs, or activates the eSIM while still outside Vietnam:

  • the order becomes non-refundable

  • no compensation or replacement will be provided

  • unused remaining days are not eligible for reimbursement

By purchasing the service, customers acknowledge and agree to activate the eSIM only within Vietnam coverage areas.


6. Delivery Failure Assistance

If your QR code is not received due to a confirmed system issue on our side, we may provide:

  • resend assistance

  • replacement QR code
    or

  • refund support where applicable

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • order number

  • payment confirmation

  • purchase email address


7. Network Availability After Delivery

Successful QR code delivery does not guarantee immediate connectivity if:

  • the device is incompatible

  • the device is carrier locked

  • installation instructions are not followed correctly

  • activation occurs outside supported regions

Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, customers should confirm:

  • the device supports eSIM

  • the phone is carrier unlocked

  • the selected destination coverage is correct

  • stable internet access is available during installation

Improper installation or incorrect activation may affect service usability.


9. Support Assistance

Our support team is available to assist with:

  • QR code delivery issues

  • installation guidance

  • activation support

  • connectivity troubleshooting

For faster assistance, please provide:

  • order number

  • device model

  • screenshots (if applicable)
